§ 1 Scope of application

For the use of the Forum German Modification Team of FORUM VENDOR NAME (hereinafter "Provider") should apply to the following conditions.

5. The provider will endeavor to provide the service without disruption to the schedule. The user acknowledges that a 100% availability of the site is technically impossible to achieve.


6. § 3 Obligations as forum users

5. If third parties or other users take the providers due to possible violations of the law claim that a) the result of the content posted by you as a user and / or b) arising from the use of the services of the provider by you as a user, you agree as users, the provider from any claims, including claims for damages to indemnify the seller and to pay the cost incurred due to the possible violation of the law this. The provider is particularly exempted from the cost of legal defense. The provider is entitled to demand this of you as a user with an appropriate advance. § 4 Transfer of rights of use

§ 5 Limitation of Liability

1. The provider of the Forum accepts no responsibility for the contents set in the forum, especially not for its accuracy, completeness and timeliness.


2. The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence and breach of an essential contractual obligation. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting partner may regularly rely. The provider is liable under the limitation on compensation of the foreseeable upon conclusion of contract-typical damage for such damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations by him or one of its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Case of slightly negligent breach of obligations that are not essential contractual obligations, the provider shall not be liable. The liability for damages that fall within the scope of a providers guarantee or warranty and liability for claims under the Product Liability Act and damages from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.


§ 6 Duration / Termination of the contract

1. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

2. Either party may terminate this Agreement without notice.

3. The Provider is entitled upon completion of this Forum Usage Agreement to terminate the user's access. The provider is entitled but not obliged, in case of termination to delete content created by you as a user. A claim by you as a user on transfer of content created is excluded.


§ 7 screenshots

1. Screenshots only in the graphic JPEG, GIF or PNG posted in the maximum size of 800x600. Scaled images are also not allowed!
